Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Control: Assist in stock management, cycle counts, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and verify order accuracy before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
