Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security and safety protocols are followed.
- Manage inventory by accurately counting stock, inspecting goods for damage, and updating warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure safe working conditions for all team members.
- Process paperwork and digital documentation for shipments, including packing slips and invoices.
- Assist in the picking and packing of orders to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
