Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Package goods securely for shipping using appropriate materials and methods.
- Assist in maintaining accurate digital records of stock movements.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours a day).
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required for this role.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Willingness to undergo a simple drug screen (no background check required).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami, FL facility.
