Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using barcode scanners and industrial equipment
- Perform inventory management and cycle counting to maintain accurate stock records
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (after paid training certification)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive paid training
- Must be 18+ years old with valid work authorization
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation to our Miami facility
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays as needed
