Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify inventory and process shipments accurately.
- Assist in inventory control by conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
