Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to read a scanner/computer terminal.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
