Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move stock throughout the facility.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Freight Handling: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; however, we provide training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the USA and possess a valid government-issued ID.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
