Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and assist with inventory organization.
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damages and verify against packing slips.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards before leaving the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50+ pounds for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record is required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hire.
- Equipment: Ability to obtain forklift certification if not currently certified.
- Communication: Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
