Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Pick & Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet customer deadlines.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory efficiently.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment: Forklift certification (CDL not required).
- Reliability: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
