Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and materials against invoices.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety gear.
- Report damaged or defective products to the inventory control manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
