Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with speed and accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack, Conveyor belts) safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (OSHA compliance).
- Load and unload trucks, verifying packages against shipping manifests.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
