Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Sort, organize, and inventory products in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for customer fulfillment
- Maintain clean, OSHA-compliant workspaces and safety protocols
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in weekly cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
