Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to verify quantities and ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization to optimize warehouse flow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
