Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation processes
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; process documentation
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Train on new technologies and processes as the operation evolves
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
