Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize inventory storage through strategic pallet racking and slotting
- Pick/pack orders with zero-error accuracy for timely shipping
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Conduct daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
