As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly. We value reliability and hard work.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using automated conveyor systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
