Responsibilities
- Receiving and Inspection: Safely receive, unpack, and inspect incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Documentation: Accurately complete necessary paperwork and digital logs for all transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a major plus.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
