Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize supply chain workflows and resolve operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts as scheduled.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse software or handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) is a plus.
