Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and correctly.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld RF scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
