Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and stock shelves in accordance with inventory control procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided for certified candidates).
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized and adhere to 5S safety standards at all times.
- Load/Unload: Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners.
- License: Valid forklift operator license (Class A or B) is highly preferred.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
