Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation and handling.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using RF scanners.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and adheres to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and care to prevent damage to goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
