As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and stock reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers.
- Report any damaged goods or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
