Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
- Package and label goods for shipment, ensuring all documentation is correct.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and locations.
- Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire.
