Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify inventory counts against records and ensure accuracy in stock management systems.
- Package and label items according to shipping guidelines and customer requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor belts) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Assist in organizing stockrooms and ensuring easy access to inventory.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is helpful.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position.
