Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan products to maintain precise inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Prepare and stage orders for shipment, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Equipment Handling: Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) according to safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
