- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and label orders for accurate and timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred).
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock adjustments.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Reliable transportation to the Miami facility.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus but not always required for this role.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
