Responsibilities
- Manage inventory through accurate receiving, scanning, and stocking procedures
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and timeliness
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Follow SOPs for quality control and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
