Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
- Document warehouse activities using digital systems and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management
- Proficiency with handheld scanners and willingness to learn new technology
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends/overtime
