Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with zero-error accuracy standards
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Maintain organized storage systems and optimize warehouse layouts
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and 5S cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with RF scanner proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Team player with strong communication skills
