Responsibilities
- Unload, scan, and sort incoming shipments with precision
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely (certification provided)
- Conduct daily inventory audits and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage systems for optimal efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Forklift certification (training available for motivated candidates)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
