Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage; process receipts in real-time
- Maintain organized inventory counts and participate in cycle counting initiatives
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak seasons
