Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Organize and store inventory in designated areas to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and assist with monthly inventory audits.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments regarding stock needs.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
