Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products in 150,000 sq ft facility
- Perform accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Inspect and package orders for shipment following quality standards
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per OSHA and company protocols
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Train on new warehouse technologies and process improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts during peak seasons
