Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Load/unload freight trucks efficiently while adhering to OSHA standards
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to accommodate night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
