The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate on the night shift, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Receive and inspect incoming stock to ensure quality and quantity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as directed by management.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changeovers.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
