Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe material handling practices.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (10 PM - 6 AM) and weekends if necessary.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- License: Valid driver's license preferred for warehouse driving duties.
