Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety awareness
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement efficient inventory rotation systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company security procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM preferred)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
