Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse organization through efficient stacking and inventory management
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely outbound deliveries
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in monthly inventory audits with 99.5% accuracy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (RF scanners)
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for night shifts
- Willingness to complete forklift certification (if needed)
