Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage products for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts with weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
