Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders, ensuring products are packed securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and report any issues to management immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift leads and other team members to ensure workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
