Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming stock against packing lists and perform cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and perform minor maintenance on warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including shipping logs and inventory reports.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we train qualified candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- License: Valid driver's license required; forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
- Reliability: Must have a stable work history and reliable transportation.
