Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Organize and maintain clean warehouse workstations
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Valid government-issued ID (required for forklift certification)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Team player with positive attitude
