Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily quotas.
- Verify inventory against work orders and ensure proper labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the physical counting of stock and inventory audits.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems (WMS) as trained.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during the night shift.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to wear required safety gear (steel-toed boots, vest, etc.).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
