Responsibilities
- Accurately load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory through scanning and cycle counting systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with FIFO rotation principles
- Operate warehouse equipment safely following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Document all activities in digital inventory management systems
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to our Northside facility
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-sponsored)
