Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently according to production schedules.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all outgoing shipments meet company and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding workflow and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
