Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications while maintaining accuracy
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Prepare shipments for delivery and ensure proper documentation
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be available to work night shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math skills and inventory knowledge
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
