Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers in a safe and efficient manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
