Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts, stock inspections, and manage stock rotation to prevent spoilage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing cargo.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as needed.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience and forklift certification are highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
