Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and maintain proper maintenance protocols.
- Ensure all inventory is accurately scanned and logged into the management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure customer orders are error-free.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and inventory tasks.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work overtime if required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
