Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Accurately manage inventory with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with shipping/receiving documentation
- Participate in quarterly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for hire)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
